Habis cheatday iseng nimbang mau liat naik berapa kilo, ehhh malah turun setengah kilo dong, padahal baru kemarin nimbang masih stuck setelah beberapa minggu, berat badan emang selucu itu 😂 makanya banyak yg bilang kalo bb stuck coba surplus aja dan emang terbukti beberapa kali udah ngelakuin sih

Iyaa bener kak, senengnya bisa makan enak tapi bb tetep turun. Tapi jangan surplus terlalu lama biar bisa back on track lagi, semangat semangattt 🤗
