TB 168cm, awal diet BB 62kg, sekarang BB 58kg. Lengan udah kecilan, baju2 yang dulu mepet bgt udah pas sekarang, perut juga udah mulai rata. Tapi kok pinggangnya gak ramping2 ya? Cara ngerampingin pinggang gimana sih 😭😭😭 no salty ak bnran tanya
