Alhamdulillah masuk kepala angka 6..walau 0,5grm lg masuk angka 7..wkwkwk..BTw kmaren kamis q ga smpat itung kalori tp q makan kyk biasa aja..Olahraga tetep donk..Hr 1 lower body hiit,hr2 dumbell,hr 3 cadiony salsafit 💃🤸🏋️💪
