I am so happy this morning. I guess i know now what has been holding my weight loss back. Now that i have quit Splend and caffiene i have saw a great weight loss this morning. I am so thrilled. Maybe i will make my first challenge and loose 20 pounds by Valentines day!
106.8 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
