Nutrition was good yesterday, but once again I didn't make it to the gym. I'm not going to succeed unless I force myself to go and burn that minimum 400 calories 3x/week.
But, it was another day of good nutrition so I'll take that as a silver lining. That's five days in a row of being good - I was always told that to make something a habit you need to do it for a month straight. So, one day at a time until I'm there.
No regrets, I'll just have to workout today.
