I have been weighing myself with my clothes on. When I weighed myself with just my night clothes I weighed the 253. I weighed myself again with my clothes and I was 257.
115.1 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
