Been for my 1st run of the year.Have been waiting for the cough and cold to shift,but couldnt wait any longer! 20mins is a good start,so will just have to build it up.Will be a while before I can keep up with Gav on his 6mile runs! Feel beter already.Must keep it up.Running is the only way I shift the flab!

Super awesome! I've been doing a lot of long walking to build up my stamina... I haven't quite started running yet. Any tips? :)

Start off runto one lamppost,walk to next.Build up very gradually walking ine lampost running two.You will be suprised how quickly it gets easier! Have reat days in between so your body can recover.As much as I feel I should do it every day,I know I must have rest days.Thats when I go swimming instead.And if you are aching,the swimming really does loosten you up! I only do breast stroke as front crawl tires me too much.Good luck! Youll see results quickly! x
