I haven't been very good in journaling my food and exercise here online, but I am doing it in my book everyday. Sometimes my dial up is just to slow.
Today I got in a really good workout. Saturday I went to the library and picked up the biggest loser workout. And I made it throught 65 minutes. I am very proud to note that my push-ups are getting better. And my shoulder isn't bothering me as much anymore. So maybe it is getting stronger. I am still doing push-ups on my knees with my feet crossed. But I am actually going up and down, not some pathetic move that isn't doing anything. And...I made it through a whole 30 seconds of Fast jumping jacks. That is already an improvment from last week, but I was very slow and was lucky I made it 20 seconds! I think I am going to use this dvd while I have it this week and then go back to my 30 day shred with Jillian dvd I own. Just to keep it from getting boring!!
Anyone looking for a great workout, pick up any dvd from the biggest loser. Just be ready to sweat and to work!!!
