Bawang merah,putih,bombai,cabe di iris trus di tumis dgn sedikit minyak sampai harum,,,,masukan air + tomat di blender masukkan dan didihkan terus masukkan pilet dada ayam masak sampai matang tambah himsalt,dan kaldu jamur.
