Resep nya 50 gr oat 1 buah telor Pisang 1 buah Gula pasir 1 sdt(optional) Pengembang 1 sdt Air matang secukupnya(biar jangan terlalu kentel ) Campur semua,diemin bentar biar agak berbusa gt (gelembung2) Panasin teplon api kecil aja masukin,kl punya selai coklat (optional)..masukin q 1 sendok biar ada rasa ..ga dksh coklat juga gpp udh manis dr pisang sm gula..400 kalorian kenyang jamasegini blm pengen makan siang😁😁
