What a very long weekend. I did very well even though the kids were home and everyone was wanting yummys. Tonight I went over to my parents to finally have the anniversary meal they have been planning since New years eve. My father had no idea I was back on my diet and when we walked in and the fine china was out on the table I thought for sure that I was in for some heavy calorie intake. To my surprise dad made a meal worthy of any fine resturant. The sword fish was mouth watering and he made a veggi mix to serve on the top and by the time I was finished with the sword fish and veggies I had no room for the potatoe and salads my mom made to go with. I did have a small piece of cake but I'm talking an inch big. If only I could cook like him, I would eat fish every night!!
