I followed reasonably well but I chose to eat chicken instead of different meats throughout the day. I don't care for a lot of other meats, but I still weighed it and it was baked. I even had a birthday on saturday the 17th and went out for dinner. I had water and baked chicken without rice they added more beggies. Steamed veggies.No desert but I had 2 small peices of rye fresh baked bread and a small chicken nugget or whatever my husband had. I waited till he just had one left then I asked for a taste. This way I didn't have any more to ask for. So I think I've done pretty good. Sweets are my weekness but I haven't had it. Thank God
