I almost let schoolwork stop me from working out. Been sitting infront of the pc since 12 till 7. I was like nah sis you didn’t move today, you ate ice cream and think of your weight loss goals AND IN THAT ORDER! Losing weight must be last cause this is a slow process, there are other worthwhile lifestyle changes like just being less sedentary.
Anyway I ate ice cream and workout out and that’s all that matters. Balance mos 😌😂
