Guys PLEASE HELP!
When I’m working infront of the pc that’s when I crave the most! I googled diy sugar free gummy bears but i wanted to hear what you guys snack on when you’re watching tv or working infront of the pc!

Try snacking on popcorn or low ca crackers

if you eat in front of the computer or while working, you won't realise it but your brain will assign the pc/work site as also the food site. try maybe leaving that area for a bit and doing something else, and see if you're still hungry. if you are, just have something like fruit or a salad or whatever. it's natural to crave "junk" food when stressed or working bc those foods give us serotonin, so don't feel bad about it. sorry if this is weird or unhelpful.

I love apple Slices ... popcorn .... and I try fill up on lots of water ... it takes the cravings away .

Hi. Sedentary work at a pc is not healthy. Keep in mind your brain is active during this type of work. The only food source for your brain is glucose. Hence the drive to energy rich sugary foods. Make sure you have good proteins about an hour before computer work abs it should help reduce the craving for sugary foods. Regards Dale

yeah I mean if u eat while u working that not to good. cause u will eat more. maybe u can eat 1 corn. u boiled it n u slice it. n u eat 1 by 1.u know what I mean right. n u maybe can eat popcorn original.without sugar, a little margarine. fighting u can do it. n alot warm water.

usually fruit cut up to little pieces you can pick up with a toothpick or non starch vegetables either raw or cooked, if you eat raw veggies e.g carrots, cabbage etc you can eat unlimited amounts where as cooked you are limited

Hi Miqkaylastofberg. What about sipping of some Sodastream water (with bubbles) flavored with some fruit pieces. Or try getting a water infused bottle and sip of fruit infused water while you are working in front of the PC.

@Blackhuff @miqkaylastofberg: Just be careful for any soda water, even home made ones as it has been proven that the bubbles can also make you fat, might not be immediate but in the long run you will see

Found these awesome rice cake snacks. I got a bit tired of the plain ones. Brand is Tia's. Unlike the plain ones these have a little bit of a sweet taste. My current one Mixed seed and raisins. They are individualy wrapped.
