Happy New Year to everyone!
Bit of an up/down 2020 with weight loss. Currently sat at 85kg. New year, new me. Back on FS and hoping for some good results this year.......we will see.
First breakfast of 2021,
2 Weetabix biscuits Flax and chia seeds Handful of Pomegranate, blueberries, Goji berries, banana and Greek yoghurt.
It was 😋 and can definitely see me having that more than once a week.
