Hi girls. I'm so sorry I've been MIA for so long. I've been feeling guilty, LOL... I managed to put back on about 7 lbs over Christmas :( It was all the home made cookies and egg nog! But at least it's over now and I can get back in the groove. I broke my tail bone over Christmas so I'm gonna have to take it pretty easy at the gym for a while, but hopefully with increasing my water intake again and just getting my butt back at some sort of exercise I can get these few extra lbs back off. I think I might try calorie tracking again for a while just till I can get the eating back under control. But I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year. I've missed you all SOOOOOO much :)

Oh you poor thing!! That sounds really painful. I hope you feel better and take it slow.

Welcome back! I took a break for a while too. Things were very hectic at work and with the holidays and all, well I think that sums it all back. But like you, I have back in full force determined to start shrinking again!
