Had a good day today. Lots of energy and so busy cleaning forgot to eat lunch. I barely had 6 carbs today i hope that will be ok. I have decided to ocme completly off caffeine. I found some sugar free french vanillia stuff to take the place of my coffee. Caffeine free and only 2 carbs. The rest of the time it will be nothing but water. I might have a diet coke ever so often but not every day. I am also cutting out splenda. I am going to see if this works!

I'm sticking with you! I have found a wealth of information today. For one I wasn't even close to eating enough calories. Then the carbs I wasn't aware of. I think I've been consuming too many here and there. I feel like I'm basically starting all over, which is ok. I did lose weight. I just went to the store and got some fiber capsules. And I was looking at your food for the day. Are you relying on the cals it tells you, or are you calculating them yourself as well. It kind of looks like you're eating the same things I am, and I have a higher carb count than that. Maybe look at your calories, because I read that you have to have 10-12 times your weight in calories. I know you're experienced, but just trying to help. We CAN do this! Oh, and I did look up that diet, but I'm not sure I found the right one! Good luck Dana!!!

That could be my issue. I am not eating enough calories. No i am not calculating them myself i am using the fod diary. I hope i am not eating over the carb limit. I know i barely ate anything today. Thanks for keeping me updated!
