Back to watching my food intake. If I don’t journal or use FS, my body disregards and acts with wild abandon. I AM worth the struggle to get to where I need to be. My goals are attainable. I’m past the 1/2 way mark. I CANNOT give up on myself.

Goal: 135-140
Loss so far: 87
Loss to go: 55
I will say that the water weight cardio has greatly reduced loose skin and back fat. My legs are no longer like cottage cheese. (smiles). Be good to yourself.

That's great to hear that some loose skin will firm up. I think I will have to count calories after I meet my goal. Think I'm always going to have to. Otherwise I imagine I will think I can eat more than I really can and the weight will creep back up. I've pretty much had to do that anyway, I only stopped when I consistently kept going over.
