@maziyamini, coba pertama batesin makan di jam 6 sore. aku baru bbrp minggu ini nyoba beneran stop, diatas jam 6 itu cuman minum air putih ngembat bbrp butir kacang kalo pengen ngunyah atau pisang 1 biji. Alhamdulillah akirnya turun juga setelah berbulan bulan manteng di angka yg sama. oiya, yg lebi penting lagi tu kamu ukur lingkar drpd bb. ukurnya tiap minggu ya lingkar
