It's a new day and I'm setting myself up for success. I look to the future with self-love in my heart and determination in my gate. My new goal to reach my healthy weight by August 26th 2014, my 30th birthday. I would have to lose 60 lbs in 7 months...can she do it? Yes she can!!!
