Today was the second day of phase 1 and I really felt hungry which was odd since I ate the same thing I ate yesterday. I drunk over 64ounces of water, just hoping I keep the momentum up. I miss coffee in the morning.

Keep up the good work! I was totally reliant on coffee too. I am now on day 15 and I have broken the need for coffee everyday. So there is hope!

When I first started, I felt exactly the same way as you did on day 2. It is weird how that happens even though you are eating exactly the same thing. Even now, I get that way from time to time. If I am feeling that hungry, I do add in another piece of fruit. I have read numerous times that it's ok to feel a little hungry, but when it goes beyond that you need to listen to your body and eat. This is something this time around I am trying to better at myself.
