sofhia aja@ pagi2 aq gk mkn berat kak pling ubi telor atau pisang bsa jga oatmeal trus jam 12 siang aq mkn nasi 150 gram sma lauk 100 grm sma bnyakin sayuran dan nnti mkn lgi stngah 7 mlm biasa nya aq mkan mie sehat atau bihunku kdang jga nasi lagi
