ok, when I started 272.02 now 269.03 losing but I hat got a lovey dress to get into FEB, 18 th 2014.. I need to try to work in at least walking I have not been able to do that yet, must try harder to break away from my work long enough to get some me time!!!

Look at youtube for Interval Training on a Treadmill. That is what I am thinking of trying. I makes sense and you seem to get the most impact from a workout possible. I am going to join Planet Fitness this Saturday! I'm excited to take the next step on this journey...
