It is so hard to want to cook healthy when you work. I find the last thing I want to do is cook when I get home. My husband always wants to go to the gym but if I do that I'll be cooking even later. Maybe do some cooking on the weekend so you have easy dinners for weeknights. Good luck and have a great weekend

There are options out there that are healthy and just as quick as restaurants. My hubby and I live on Grilled Chicken Breasts that are precooked and just need to be warmed up. Tyson makes some and Walmart has a "Great Value" brand. They are great to have on hand. You can eat them plain, in salads or on buns. I also pack a lunch to take to work. The bun, sandwich meat and crackers have worked well for me. I also try to add fruit to the mix for lunch. I think if you find simple things that work for you, you can say bye bye to the fast food and yes to the right food. That will assist you in your efforts...Good Luck and let me know how I can help.
