Greetings Buddies!
Well, it is well above zero today, and almost above freezing! It is a darn heat wave in the Northland.
I got the new snow tire on my car that matches the other three - so much better now. And, last night we went for dinner with our best friends and their two adolescent girls - whom we love!
After dinner we went to hear the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra playing some contemporary music followed by a Haydn Symphony. They are superb and exciting players.
We went to the local Buca di Beppo Italian place because we had a gift card to use. I ate salad, chicken parmigiana, one stuffed shell, and two small portions of pasta - there were two different kinds, and of course a chunk of bread.
I expected to feel the big carbohydrate crash - but not bad today. I will drink extra water to flush out the sodium.
I had a great workout at Orange Theory yesterday - spent 45% of the workout in the orange zone which is working hard. I am getting stronger and able to do more each time.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent
