Went to doctor today for the yearly. Their scales weigh me 7 pounds heavier than mine. So, I have lost the 5-6 pounds I gained over X-mas! Going to record my new weight, even though I haven't weighed at home. Been eating good and walking/jogging on the boring treadmill so it's paying off.
