Yesterday I was at 321, and just now I weighed in at 320!!
So, now I've lost 35 pounds in 31 days!
I'm adapting well to this program /Gastric Bypass-Stage 2-Soft foods!
I think for dinner I will have either 1/2 veggie burger and 1/4 cup applesauce, or leftover grilled haddock with the applesauce.
I'm only allowed 2 ounces of soft food per meal, a total of 6 ounces of food for the whole day.
Since I'm on water pills, and losing weight, along with being on a thyroid med, the PA in the hospital, told me In addition to my 2 ounces of food per meal, she wants me to have 1/2 banana in the morning and at night.
Seems like her suggestion is NOT preventing me from losing weight!
At this rate, I'll be in quite a few pairs of jeans, that have been hanging in my closet for over 4 years! YAY for me!
I'm so pumped, and excited!! And, I'm proud of myself, for committing to this program, and not cheating. It's SO worth it!
