Hey hey!!
So last night I thought I would take a little nap around 7:30pm...uh yeah, little nap my butt!!! I slept till 11:15pm. I basically just woke up to move from the couch to my bed. I guess I was more tired than I thought. I've been trying to keep the puppy out of our bed and in his kennel at night. Lo and behold, I wake up to a puppy in the bed. My hubby was telling me he couldn't deal with him whining in his kennel...ugh!!! I have to remind him that the puppy won't be 13 lbs. forever, more like 120 lbs. I just didn't want the dog to get in the habit of sleeping in our bed. I'll have no room!!!
I was bad last night eating-wise...I ate pizza!!! I know, I know. I was craving it so hard-core that I just had to have it. I'm feeling it today. Back to the diet...I'm so disappointed in myself, but I'm already back...I ate my oatmeal this morning and will have yogurt for lunch. Yippee!! Yeah right, whoopty-freakin'-doo!!

You're doing good... back on your diet today.. I'm sure the effects won't be as bad as you think! Good luck sleeping when you baby gets that big, LOL

Puppy training is hard. I know there were plenty of times when we wanted to give in. Tell Hubby the worst of it will be over in about 3-4 days if he just leaves the puppy in the crate. We just got a new puppy in September and got VERY lucky in crate training. No whinning from him until 5 am.
Don't sweat the pizza or feel guilty, you are jumping right back on track and I bet you didn't even blow the whole day - just that one meal.
Keep up the good work, you are doing just fine!

Yeah, I only ate bad for that one meal, but it still sucks. I haven't worked out in a while due to everything going on lately. That's really what I need to be doing. I'm hoping to get this puppy trained. He's actually doing really good. I just don't remember it taking this long with my other dog.
