I can do this.. I can do this. eghh.. please.. let me do this!! I have already eaten my lunch and my snacks for the day. Its 12:30.. and I am STILL hungry. I have even already dranken 64ozs of water. I will get use to it right? And in the end... I will be happy with the results.. ughhhhhhh. MUST STAY STRONG

YIKES been there before, eating everything before lunch, it will get better once u get use to it, i started splitting everything up in half and bring extra. u just need a day or two to adjust, ur body needs the time, dont discourage urself, u will get the hang of it

The reason your hungry is because you aren't eating enough protein. Protein metabolizes slower than any other food group so it keeps you satiated longer. High protein and high fiber will help you get through the day better. Start your day with oatmeal and a banana, fruit and yogurt (you can make a parfait with granola the night before, so good, high fiber cereal and fruit, eggs, cheese and veggies, etc. Make your snacks have some protein with some good carbs. For example: cheese stick/fruit, veggies/hummus, deviled egg/veggies/dip, etc. Salads with protein for lunch or sandwich with protein and lot's of veggies. Good luck!
