Little upset when i got o the scale this morning and saw no weight loss. Especially since i have busted my but on this diet. I am not giving up though. I am determined to win this weight loss battle!
108.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes there is what they call 'plateaus' - you'll break through don't worry - just stick with it until the end. Sometimes even after you've been on the diet a long while you'll still be learning which foods trigger the halting of the weight scale for you - I'm still figuring it out! :)

Glenn is right. I just commented in his journal that I'm beginning to enjoy the process of figuring out which foods my body likes and which ones it doesn't! Examine what you have been eating. Have you been consuming a lot of salt or sugar substitutes? Those are notorious for causing stalls. And be patient. It WILL come off!
