so in the am I weigh in. It will be my actually first way in since I quessed at my first weight. Which I now realize after the holidays was umm off. I did better today. Kept under my 1600 cal. I am going to attempt to do this all week, then I may drop down so many calories each week. Just need to prepare my hunger pains. I am surprise with how well my boyfriend cooks that I maintained today. I am learning to eat.. but in SMALLER amounts. (which is makes fun of but supportive so far). Go back to the gym tomorrow after not going for a week. Its going to kill me. but I HAVE to do it. will keep you informed of so later.
