So, as I am coming off of the elimination phase of the AIP, I am looking at Paleo to help keep my eating clean and it looks like the percentage breakdown for nutrition are 30% protein, 40% fats, and 30% carbs. I am not sure how I am going to work this in until I am done with AIP. I need to find out what I can eat and then adjust from there. I need to keep up my water intake as well and wish that this app had a water specific area and not to just be kept in the food area. But, I can make it work for me. I didn't drop any weight this last week, but I know that I didn't eat as much as I should have or exercise as much as I should have. I know that weight can go up or down for many reasons that don't especially involve food. I am on a lot of medication for my autoimmune disorders and such and that definitely affects my weight. I can however, control what I put in my mouth and how much I choose to move a day. Progress is happening though!
