Resepnya:
Bwng merah+putih msing2 1 siung, cabe rawit 5g ditumis tanpa minyak sampai harum, kmudian tambahkan air (tunggu sampai mendidih) lalu msukan dada ayamnya 60g. Tambahkan kecap asin 1,5sdm, saus teriyaki 1 sdm, lada bubuk dan garam. Kemudian masukan brokoli 20g, tomat ceri, daun kemangi dan daun sop. (Note: jngn lama2 msak brokolinya biar nutrisinya nggk rusak) ☺️☺️
