I did good today. AND got to eat some taco bell. AND still stay UNDER my intake. Of course, I am not hungry at all by the end of the night, so thinking of lowering my cal intake maybe by 200. I need to figure out how to lower the carbs and add more protein. But with not much money and office work. It makes it hard to do.
