The struggle is real! I took 4 days off from WoE & walking. Now I just don’t feel like putting in the effort 😔

Today I forced myself to walked 3 x 30 minutes & got back to WoE.

Hopefully I can convince myself to keep going on the right path.

Weigh in on Friday will probably be disappointing, but hopefully not too bad.

Its ok. We all feel unmotivated sometimes. Maybe try listening to music or somehow rewarding yourself for the hard work. Keep in mind your goal! Fighting💜
