義美蔥油餅(無油乾煎1張)+水煮蛋1顆+小7卡布奇諾+香蕉1根。

午餐:
臭豆腐炒飯半碗+酸辣豆腐湯一小碗

晚餐:
撒利亞沙拉(大) +撒利亞香辣燉牛肚+海鮮披薩一小片
56 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
