Well..i lost some, not a lot but hey its still something gone! I had a good day today. Walked a mile up and down some hills, feeling a little sore and tired. I ate pretty good today. Little worried about the taco salad i ate. It was from a Mexican resturant. Didnt taste like pre-made taco seasoning so i hope it doesnt have any hidden sugar or corn starch. Still staying away from Splenda and Diet cokes! I really hope i see a weight loss in the morning. I know i need to be patient but if i dont see a loss i get discouraged. Let yall know how it goes in the morning! Good night

If you tend to get discouraged daily, perhaps you should only weigh in once a week. I like to weigh in every day, but I also know that my weight is going to fluctuate - so I take each daily weigh in as an indication that "what I did yesterday really worked" or, if I gain a little, I ask myself what I did yesterday that may have affected it so that I can fix it. But I don't take it so hard. I just learn from it. If you weigh in every day, you have to be able to do that. Good job in staying away from the artificial sugars. They can really stall weight loss!!

I think everyone goes through that moment of "Was that bad for me" at some point. Especially when going out. I say as long as you are on your best behavior most of the time... and do try when you go out, then everything will even out. You may retain some water from the sodium but nothing that some water can't flush out. I try not to eat out that much b/c I don't really know what's in the food so I think the occasional restaurant visit won't kill your diet. Keep going ... I'm rootin' for ya & I personally think you are doing a great job so far! Don't stress over it too much, just focus on today and what you can do to make it a good one!!! =)

I do get discouraged if i dont loose or gain. I know my weight will fluctuate and just like you, Paige, i try to figure out what i done wrong or right the day before. Thanks for your comment
