Well, here I am at 10:00 at night and no exercise for the day. Official exercise that is. I did clean my house today which was really needed since I have picked up the extra days at work. That was 3 hours worth. I just hate not to get something official in though. I went to see my dad tonight at the hospital and then stopped by for some sugar free hot chocolate at a friends.
I am going out with hubby tomorrow night. I will keep points low durning the day.

I had a rest day on Friday, too (see my Saturday journal for the full scoop!). Rest days are ok as long as they don't turn into rest weeks. Let yourself off the hook for yesterday and focus on getting something done today. You know you wanna!!!
