heran sih, ternyata ada yang makannya di bawah bmr sampai cuma 800kal-1000kal/sehari. iya emang ga lemes kok awalnya tp lama kelamaan itu metabolisme bakal kayak siput. trs ngeluh bb stuck atau berat naik gara2 cheating day sehari. dikasih tahu jg tetep ngeyel bilang apa yg dia lakuin udah bener -_- padahal udah dikasih tahu tp ya udah lah. makanya males kadang ngasih tahu yg makan dibawah bmr. soalnya ya gt.
