I totally goofed on trying to balance out my meals for the day. I normally eat breakfast at work or on my way to work. I had planned on eating Quaker Weight Control cinnamon oatmeal (1 packet) with some wheat toast but got here and was swamped immediately. One of my co-workers brought me coffee (because they know how I fix mine)and before I knew it, it was 1:00 and time for lunch! I know that a balanced diet is an important key to weight loss and I don't want to be starving after I work out. I usually go to the gym right after work and then go home. So far so good!
