I was having a GREAT eating day yesterday. Breakfast was multi-grain cheerios. I had a banana, apple, and Greek yogurt for lunch. Came home and made us flounder with mixed veggies and sauteed sweet potato rounds for dinner. Not too shabby right? Then I see Salem with some Ben and Jerry's he got at Wawa. My favorite flavor, Cherry Garcia. And no, it was not the froyo kind. Thank goodness he had already eaten half the container... b/c I finished it off!!! That sent my calories soaring from the perfect level for the day to way over my alloted calories. I need to strengthen my willpower!!!
Also, as I'm paying attention to what I put into the food calendar, I realize that I drink way, way too much milk. I love it. My mom used to say when I was a little girl that she should just get a cow b/c it would be cheaper. At least I drink skim but still I'm sure I get more than what I need as far as calcium is concerned in HALF what I chug down each day.
As far as exercise~ we were working on our playlist for the band last night. We were dancing around to all the songs and I managed to lift some light weights in there (I'm very concerned about my arms when I walk down the aisle). So I WAS active, but it was no P90x. Honestly I don't know if we will get to do it tonight either. We are going straight from work to the Hyatt to meet with the catering manager about our reception. I have no idea how long that will take and I'm SURE Salem will want to watch the Eagles game when we get home. I'll have to figure out something.
My weight went down a whopping 0.2 lbs today. Thank goodness for small miracles? Lol.
And may I say that I LOVE greek yogurt? I know a lot of people think it's too thick or whatever but I think it's great!! Even the plain one. I just put berries in it. Maybe I lucked out and chose a good brand to begin with (Chobani).
GRATITUDE: 1) More than 2 months to get in shape for wedding (67 days!) 2) Three days til payday so I can actually have some money lol 3) My dad is good w/ cars and did a ton of work on mine this weekend for FREE to save me money
