Recording a day later this week because I have been bringing my daughters new home from Skipton back to our home town the last 4 days, a lovely 50 foot narrow boat. So the diet has gone out of the window very slightly but still managed last weeks daily average intake at 2054 cals. So keeping the same will do for now. Got last leg of the journey with it next weekend though.
