It’s been two months and I’ve had no weight loss despite ramping up the exercise and hyper-vigilant about the diet. My weight bounces around each day and I’m retaining water like a camel. So, I’m going back to the beginning where I started this journey. I will return the intermittent fasting and lockdown home exercise routine to see if we can shake this forward.

I hope it gets you back in the groove. I just returned to intermittent fasting after a couple of weeks of bouncing around and it looks like back to basics is working for me. Good luck.

It sounds like you are on the right track. The only advice I might give is to go back to measuring everything you eat. Sometimes my mental catalog of portions varies... I don't know if you're anything like me. lol!

Weigh, measure and track. I only lose when I’m brutally honest... Though for a while I didn’t lose any but my body kept recomping. Could you have swapped fat for muscle and lost inches vs lb’s?

I'm kinda in the same boat. I keep trying different things but I do feel more firm and see some fat shrinkage in my tummy. So I think it's like LKL said...recomping! It has to come off eventually!!!
