Well I haven't written anything in quite awhile. I also haven't dieted for over 2 months either. I am lucky so far I haven't contacted the dreaded Covid-19 and no-one in my immediate family has either. However, I have lost an old friend to this disease which caused some depression on my end. I also like most of everyone else have not been able to see any of my other friends. I am glad they are finding a vaccine for this darn disease and soon we all will be protected.
Sunday I will weigh myself I feel like I have possibly gained about 10 t0 15 pounds. Even though I haven't been really over eating for what was my current weight I haven't been as active as I could be. I had to have another wisdom tooth removed so this didn't help my mood are my eating. Oh well I guess I am overall lucky, no Covid in my house.
