Okay...wow that exercise everyday thing really helps you feel better when you wake up in the morning. I have not overslept the last two mornings. I have actually woken up refreshed. I did my first step class and felt like my heart was going to leap out of my chest and tell me I was on my own. lol. The high impact was actually for 40 minutes as the warm up and cool down was for the other 20 minutes. When we were finished I felt like I couldn't walk but once I got home, I decided to do some Wii exercises. I didn't go to sleep until 1:00 am which is really late for me but I woke up without the alarm at 6:30 am and am feeling great!
