I really need to get motivated again ugh.... I don't know what else to do. For the past 3 months I have been making excuses for my weight gain to everybody, blaming it on school. I'm feeling so low right now. One of my best friends that gave me her support along with everyone close to me when i started losing weight a year ago, has lost about 15lbs in the last 4 or 5 months and on the other hand i've gained 18.I'm so ashamed and not proud of myself because i'm jealous of her. This is not me!!!!! I'm so not that kind of person!!!!!
