早餐:卡布奇諾+堅果六顆。

午餐:芋頭瘦肉粥+燉煮花椰菜100克+水煮蛋一顆。

晚餐:小7義式嫩雞花椰菜飯+毛豆30g+小橘子一顆+摩司方塊薯餅2個。
57 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
