semua makanan itu baik. gda clean or dirty food. gda good or bad food. even junkfood itu baik asal tau cara batasin. stop labeling makanan. mau lo makan sayur atau buah seharian juga kalo surplus ya tetep aja dalam jangka waktu panjang pasti gaining weight. #reminder
