Tuna Salad for Dinner. Not a easy week. Can't take any diet pill while Im breastfeeding. They say breastfeeding burns calories. I hope that my next weigh in will show a little change

A woman looses a lot breastfeeding essentially you become a good factory so dont worrt about it too much keep yourself healthy and the rest will follow

Don't take diet pills. Drink Apple Cider Vinegar.

I’m breastfeeding too and have been taking apple cider vinegar every morning. I also do intermittent fasting and it hasn’t affected my milk supply.
