Well, day 1 went extremely well and too easy! I know tomorrow and most likely the day after, I will have the shakes and cranks! Drank all the water I was supposed to, ate the right things, and exercised. This is the most confident I've ever felt about starting a diet. I hope it stays that way. Starting to feel hungry. Debating whether to make scrambled eggs this late at night! Hmmmm.......

Sounds like you are doing great!!! I always keep a few boiled eggs around for those emergencies!!! My third and fourth day are the worst....I start to really want bread, etc. But once you make it through those couple hard days it really is easy!!! You are doing great!

At least you know what's coming, LOL. The first day is super easy, then the next couple dsys, you feel like you just wanna dig into a whole box of cookies, then after about 3 ot 4 days.. you start to feel yourself getting stronger and it's alot easier to turn your head to all the carbs and such... hang in there and don't give in to anything... get through the cycle asap so it will be easier!!!
